Andy has over 15 years of practical leadership experience in the staffing industry. Having grown up alongside several of the industry’s top producers and trainers, Mr. Cohen possesses the pedigree which is required to build and lead an award-winning staffing organization.
Originally from Philadelphia, Andy has resided in Florida since 2004. His career is marked by rapid progression into senior leadership positions with some of the most established public and private brands in the Talent Acquisition industry. Mr. Cohen is an innovative and process driven leader who has proven he can build even failing organizations to new records – regardless of the market and economic challenges.
He is regarded by many as a subject matter expert and his services have been retained by dozens of Fortune 500 companies, progressive startups, and just about everything in between.
Andy’s diverse background stretches across several of the staffing industry’s most lucrative segments including temporary help, direct placement, professional employer services, outcome-based consulting, and even background & screening services. Within each of these segments, Andy has built and led teams specializing in information technology, marketing, executive management, business development, commercial office services, accounting & finance, creative, legal, call center, and more.
With a lifetime of pedigree, a diverse background built from the ground up, and a proven track record, Andy has the unique ability to remove obstacles while leading a team of producers to success.

Vice President, Commercial Office Staffing
Meegan has been in the staffing industry for more than 10 years. After graduating from Pace University with a degree in business, Meegan began her career working for a staffing agency in New York City. Her focus was business development in the administrative, financial, and legal support industries. Meegan consistently ranked as the top sales executive and was later asked to join a team of 5 people to create a new agency. Meegan, confident in her abilities, accepted the challenge. Her unique ability to really listen and understand her customers was rewarded with a promotion where she was responsible for the training & developing new sales personnel to do the same. Her dedication and hard work contributed to the successful startup of what now is one of the marquee staffing firms in Manhattan.
After realizing all of her goals in NYC had been accomplished, Meegan decided that she wanted to return to her South Florida home and continue her already impressive career in the staffing industry. Joining a national organization upon her return, Meegan quickly skyrocketed though their rankings and secured 5th place amongst the top 100 producers after just a single year. Continued success acquiring new business, as well as building strong relationships, led her back to teaching staff how to do what she has done so well.
Having accomplished what she set out to in the national firm, Meegan was eager to build another startup and joined the founder at inception. Meegan is well known for her real world approach and embodiment of our cultural rules: just be normal, do the right thing, hit your numbers, and many more.
Today, Meegan enjoys spending time with friends and family, planning events, and traveling.
Jamie has nearly 10 years of experience in the staffing and recruiting industry with 6 of those years in management. Originally from Massachusetts he immediately joined the Army as a Black Hawk Crew Chief where he was fortunate enough to explore the world while stationed in Germany, deploying to Hungary, Bosnia/Croatia, Cyprus, Beirut, all of Europe and Tunisia. During these deployments he was privileged enough to work with Special Forces and joint tasks with other countries military forces. This training taught him real life experiences and the ability to adapt and overcome situations while working quickly and accurately.
As a producing Branch Manager, Jamie has taken pride in increasing revenue and employee retention by implementing new training programs, policies, and procedures. As a true hunter in nature he continues to establish working relationships with new and exciting clients whether startups or Fortune 100 companies. He has specialized in placing unique skill sets throughout various locations in the US while maintaining a large presence in South Florida. He possesses the ability to recognize business challenges and create customized solutions so his clients can be more productive and profitable by utilizing his services as a recruiting and consulting specialist. He has an exceptional ability to recognize talented candidates and align their career aspirations with client requirements. Jamie is extremely passionate about recruiting and has built a large network of both candidates and clients and looks forward to continued growth as a professional.

Chief Financial Officer
A seasoned financial executive with over 25 years’ experience as chief financial officer in both the public and private sectors across a wide variety of industries. John has an exceptional record of consistently improving earnings and a veteran’s instinct for timing and business opportunity. He has also demonstrated expertise in evaluating and managing a variety of asset portfolios, including retail, real estate, oil and gas properties, and manufacturing facilities. He also excels at developing management and investor analysis and reporting. Coupled with these attributes, are the technical, financial and negotiating skills that allowed him to participate in over $1 billion in acquisitions and divestments over the course of his career. During part of his 25 year career at Sunoco, he was vice president of finance of Sun Oil International, overseeing all of the financial affairs of Sunoco’s international operations. He has also served as an adjunct professor, lecturing in finance at Philadelphia University and Immaculata University.
John-Michael has over 15 years of accounting and financial analysis experience, including investor accounting and reporting, throughout a variety of industries, including real estate focused investment banking, natural resource extraction, and employment services, among others. He has modeled numerous business acquisition opportunities and related business plans, and has held both controller and treasurer positions for public and private companies.
He is particularly skilled at sorting through the most complex accounting situations and has assisted numerous startups in establishing proper recordkeeping, accounting, and liquidity management. He possesses a BS in accounting with an emphasis in economics from Penn State University. Upon his graduation from Penn State, Mr. Ruddy joined the Blackstone Group, a premier investment and advisory firm headquartered in New York City. After 6 years at Blackstone, he moved into private consulting where his participation in the reverse acquisition of Maverick Oil and Gas led to his initial position of controller and later treasurer before moving back to private consulting.
